In Stock: Ship in 2 to 3 days. An email will be sent with the tracking information at the time of shipment. If your order is delayed, we will notify you via email prior to processing your order. To ship in 2 to 3 days the order must include "In Stock" products only. If "Made to Order" items are included, the order will ship complete when ready (approximately 2 to 3 weeks).

Handmade to Order: Ship in 2 to 3 weeks. All products except on the "In Stock" page are "Made to Order". An email will be sent with the tracking information at the time of shipment. If your order is delayed, we will notify you via email prior to processing your order.

Custom Items: Ship in 3 to 4 weeks. Custom Items are not Returnable. We update your order status at each process.

In 2015, FedEx and UPS dramatically increased their shipping rates by using dimensional weight on all shipments. The box size is now the issue rather than the actual weight for most of our products.

Shipping Methods in Continental U.S.: FedEx Ground or USPS Priority Mail.

"Ground" is based on weight or dimensional weight. Shipping method will be FedEx Ground or USPS Priority Mail.

"Flat Rate Shipping" is based on the order total and may be less expensive for multiple item purchases.

Shipping to Alaska & Hawaii: USPS Parcel Post Option. Smaller items will ship USPS Priority Mail. Contact us for a quote.

Expedited Shipping: Over-night and 2-day shipping rates have increased dramatically. The size of our products makes the shipping cost more than the product. Please call if you are in a hurry.

Free Shipping: There is no such thing, the price of the product would have to increase. Customers would not receive the benefit of multiple product shipping discounts "Flat Rate Shipping".


We will process your payment when your order has started construction.


If you return your item(s) (for any reason) we will issue a refund less 20% re-stocking fee. The 20% is calculated on the "Online Price" excluding any additional discounts. A return authorization must be obtained prior to the return. Item must be returned within 30 days in the original condition. Shipping cost are not refundable. Discounted Shipping: Actual shipping charges will be deducted from refund. Return shipping charges are not refundable.

If there is a defect with your purchase we will absorb all cost to repair or replace your product.

Cancellations: A re-stocking fee will be charged on orders once the items are under construction.

Custom Items: Are not returnable. Order cannot be cancelled once material has been purchased or construction started.

Colors shown on computer screens will vary depending on many different factors. We highly recommend ordering sample plates to insure proper color selection. We will refund the complete cost of the color plates ($3.00 each) if they are returned in good condition and an order of $100.00 or more is placed. Otherwise, we will refund the cost of the color plates ($3.00 each) less $5.00 shipping cost if they are returned in good condition. Sample Plates are shipped with return prepaid envelope. Just drop it in the mail.

Arizona: Items delivered to an Arizona address will be taxed at 6.9%. Resale customers forward via email or fax an Arizona Tax Resale Certificate Form 5000A. If you need a form sent to you, please contact us.

Other States: No taxes will be charged for items delivered to any other state.
