HOW WE PROCESS YOUR ORDER

Stock Items: Ship in 1 to 2 business days. An email will be sent with the tracking information at the time of shipment. If an item(s) is out-of-stock we will notify via email prior to processing your order. To verify your item status (stock or special order) view the product detail page on the website.

Special Order & Custom Items:  Ship in 2 to 3 weeks. Normal build time is approximately 3 to 5 business days. Powder Coat can take up to 7 business days. We update your order status at each process.

    • Click on "Review Orders"
    • Click on "View or Change Order"
    • See "Order Comments" at the top of the page

SHIPPING INFORMATION

Discounted Flat Rate Shipping in the Continental US: Items will ship via FedEx, UPS or USPS.  In order to receive the flat rate, the order will ship when all items are complete. 

Shipping to Alaska & Hawaii:  USPS Parcel Post Option. 

International Shipping:  Our products are large and heavy.  Shipping can cost as much or more than the items purchased.  Allow Extra Processing time (about one week). 


CREDIT CARD CHARGES

Stock Items:  We will process your payment at the time of shipment.

Special Order Items, :  We will process your payment when your order has started construction.

Made To Order (Custom Items):  We will process your payment when your order has started construction.


CANCELLATIONS, REFUND AND RETURNS POLICIES

Stock Items:  If you return your item(s) (for any reason) we will issue a full refund of the net purchase price.   Item must be returned within 30 days in original condition. Shipping cost are not refunded.  Cancellations: There is no charge for canceling an order prior to shipping.  Please contact HCI prior to return.

Special Order Items: If you return your item(s) a re-stocking fee of 20% will be deducted from the online purchase price (before discounts are applied). Item must be returned within 30 days in original condition. Shipping cost are not refunded.  Cancellations: A re-stocking fee will be charged on orders once the items are under construction. Please contact HCI prior to return.

Made To Order (Custom Items):  Are not returnable.

Unfinished Items: We will fully refund your purchase less our actual shipping cost if it is returned within 30 days. Contact HCI prior to return. If the piece has started oxidizing, there will be a 20% restocking charge to cover sandblasting the finish. If the piece has oxidized beyond repair, you will not receive a refund. If you have applied any finish to the piece, you will not receive a refund.

Discounted Shipping: The actual cost of shipping will be deducted from the merchandise refund amount.

TAXES

Arizona:  Items delivered to an Arizona address will be taxed at 7.725%.   Resale customers  forward via email or fax an Arizona Tax Resale Certificate Form 5000A.  If you need a form sent to you, please contact us.

Other States:  No taxes will be charged for items delivered to any other state.
